Pronto Software integrated IBM watsonx into Pronto Xi to evolve its ERP from a system of record into a system of intelligence and action.

The goal was to embed AI directly into everyday workflows, allowing users to interact with the system using natural language, receive predictive insights, and automate decisions — rather than relying on manual reports and processes. Pronto Xi, added an AI layer to make ERP smarter, faster, and easier to use.
