Pronto Software, established in Melbourne, has served businesses in Australia and worldwide for over 40 years. Its flagship product, Pronto Xi, is a comprehensive ERP platform utilized by over 1,500 organizations in various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, and services. Pronto Xi encompasses all enterprise operations, such as Financials, Inventory Management, CRM, and eCommerce. Designing for this complex platform demands a unique blend of systems thinking, user research, and the ability to simplify while maintaining essential functionalities.

MY ROLE AT PRONTO SOFTWARE

UX Product Designer · Pronto Software · Sep 2017 – Jul 2025 · Melbourne At Pronto Software, I progressed from Product Designer to Lead Product Designer, managing complex design initiatives for the Pronto Xi platform.

 

I tackled the most challenging design issues, transforming the legacy desktop ERP into a modern web platform while maintaining its core capabilities for over 1,500 enterprises.

 

Collaborating with various stakeholders, I influenced product direction and developed a Hybrid Design System that streamlined UX across 24 modules, reducing design-to-development time by 40% and laying the groundwork for future projects, including the AI Assistant module.
