CareCompass

Can we make finding healthcare feel less like searching and more like being guided?

The concept explores how technology can make healthcare discovery more human, transparent and personalised—helping people find the right care, not simply the nearest clinic.

The Idea

Finding a clinic is easy. Finding the right care isn't.CareCompass is a mobile-first healthcare discovery concept designed to help Australians make more confident healthcare choices.

Instead of relying primarily on ratings, reviews, or proximity, it helps people discover care based on what actually matters to them.

What Makes It Different

CareCompass doesn't simply ask:

"What's nearby?"It asks:"What do you need?"Provider information is organised around practical decision-making rather than vanity metrics.

Reviews are transformed into meaningful themes such as communication, wait times, empathy, children's care, and professionalism, helping users understand a clinic beyond a star rating.

Why It Stands Out

CareCompass brings together discovery, personalisation, comparison and decision-making in one focused experience.

The design is intentionally clean, mobile-first and accessible, with a consistent visual language, clear hierarchy, large touch targets and minimal cognitive load.
